Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Masters Apartments. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and repairing a variety of equipment. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance, as well as responding to emergency repairs.
The primary requirements of this position are:
Performing service requests from residents quickly and efficiently
Working with the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain a turning schedule
Punch-out apartments based on the schedule of move-ins
Painting
Picking up trash and debris on the grounds of the property to ensure positive curb appeal at all times
Light landscaping care such as pulling weeds, identifying dead plant life, watering flowers
Some apartment turns tasks such as painting or light carpentry and cleaning.
Ability to communicate effectively with office and maintenance staff about what is needed for the property as well as take direction on tasks required
On-call availability 24/7/365 on a rotating schedule, even during off hours is required.
The removal of any ice or snow from common areas during every snowfall is required.
This position is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position. Sheehan Property Management offers competitive full-time employee benefits.
We pay 5 regular hours just to be on call for the week.
We pay a minimum of 2 hours for any emergency call you have to respond to + travel time if you don't live on site.
