About the Role
She Recruits is seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time opportunity with a thriving healthcare facility in Alabama. You'll be part of a highly respected Anesthesia Department, working under physician supervision to deliver safe and effective anesthesia care across a variety of surgical cases. What You ll Do
Select and administer appropriate anesthesia techniques, medications, and adjunct drugs for individual patients during pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases.
Conduct thorough chart reviews and physical assessments, evaluate lab data, and develop written anesthesia plans tailored to each surgical case.
Perform endotracheal intubations/extubations, invasive monitoring, and other advanced procedures.
Recognize and manage emergency situations including CPR.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and support staff to ensure safe patient outcomes.
Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and a team-oriented attitude at all times.
What We re Looking For
Current RN license in the state of Alabama (or ability to obtain).
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
Certification (or eligibility) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
Strong knowledge of anesthesia equipment and pharmacology.
Ability to perform job duties onsite, with or without reasonable accommodations.
