Rally North Carolina Democrats to vote! Do you want to make a difference in your community? We are seeking enthusiastic Door Knockers to help get out the vote for Democrats in the upcoming midterm elections! Door knockers will have conversations with voters at their homes and talk to them about the importance of making their voices heard. As independent contractors, door knockers may complete every part of the program on their own schedule, and have the flexibility to knock on doors and talk to voters when and where they chooseno schedule or time commitment is required. This is a great opportunity for individuals with other personal or professional commitments who are seeking a flexible option! Door Knockers will be paid $125 for each completed door knocking packet, which can be done in a location convenient for you and on your own schedule. It takes the typical Door Knocker about three-four hours to complete each packet, which can be done all at once or over multiple daysit's up to you! If you successfully complete your first door knocking packet, you'll be offered additional opportunities. Door Knocking will begin July 20th and continue through Nov. 3rd. Door Knockers will be able to set their own schedules and working hours. Complete an online briefing that will provide an overview of your contract responsibilities. Travel door-to-door in your community or in a surrounding region and knock doors to speak with voters. Talk to voters about the upcoming election on November 3rd. Door Knocking can be done all at once or over multiple periods of time. Enter data from all conversations with voters into an app on your phone. All Door Knockers will be independent contractors and paid $125 per completed door knocking packet. The Shipping Assistants will report directly to the Shipping Manager. This is a temporary position, expected to last until November 2026. Key Responsibilities Gather, inspect, and organize materials required for canvassing, including literature, pens, and any other relevant collateral. Carefully package materials according to specified guidelines, ensuring items are securely wrapped and labeled for easy identification and handling during transit.     Revolution Field Strategies is seeking canvassers to participate in voter registration programs in the Philadelphia metro area and surrounding collar counties. As a canvasser, you will visit high traffic public areas and register Pennsylvania residents to vote.

    Entry-level position, no experience necessary

    Canvassers earn $20-$22/hr or up to $800+ per week

    Paid training provided

    We provide a $5 gas reimbursement per shift worked

    Position Title: Project Director

    Reporting Structure: Reports to the National Program Director

    Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position is $72,000 to $84,000, depending on experience and skill sets

    Schedule: Full-time (40 or more hours per week, and can reach 70+ hours at peak times)

    Position Summary

    Revolution Field Strategies (RFS) is seeking talented, driven individuals for the role of Project Director who will be responsible for managing a variety of voter registration and canvassing programs in 2026. Project Directors directly manage all members of their respective project team, including Operations Directors, Regional Directors, Canvass Managers, and Operations Associates, and often directly manage hourly employees including canvassers

    Project Directors will work with company leadership to develop high-quality, innovative programs for a broad, diverse set of clients and partners, and will be the primary conduit to our project teams.

    Project Directors will report directly to the National Program Directors. This role is in-person throughout the duration of an assigned project. Salaries for this position range from $72,000 to $84,000 based on experience and skillset and this position is eligible for health, dental, and vision benefits.

    Cycle/Project Based Full Time Position

    This position is considered a Full-Time Employee meaning they are expected to work full-time (40 or more hours per week) for a defined period of time, typically the length of the project. However, RFS expects to provide extensive opportunities for successful employees and contractors to continue on with the company throughout the 2026 election season.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead, coach, and manage the day-to-day activities of the project team, overseeing all aspects of hiring, training, and team member accountability

    Cultivate an inclusive culture that fosters learning and professional growth for every team member

    Supervise the planning, execution, and performance of each project, emphasizing the delivery of high-quality, cost-efficient results

    Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

    Maintain close communication and engagement with client stakeholders in partnership with RFS leadership

    Ensure adherence to reporting and accountability protocols, delivering up-to-date, actionable data and information to campaign leadership

    Travel to and remain on site for the duration of assigned projects to provide in-person management to project team

    Undertake additional duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a campaign, advocacy, or organizing environment

    Ability and willingness to work a demanding schedule, which can reach 70+ hours per week at peak times and can be expected to include evenings and weekends.

    Must possess a cell phone and laptop

    Must have ready access to personal transportation and will be required to provide proof of driver’s insurance

    Must be able to travel and/or relocate to project locations across the country on short notice; travel, lodging, and other related expenses are provided by RFS

    Plus Qualifications

    Highly organized, with the ability to actively manage project goals and operations with the ability to multitask without compromising the quality of work

    Proven ability to anticipate challenges and troubleshoot issues proactively

    Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation skills

    Capable of motivating and managing a diverse group of staff

    Demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues and external organizations

    Familiarity with Google Suite and VAN is preferred
