In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to a primarily geriatric resident population, including residents receiving long-term skilled nursing care, short-term post-acute rehabilitation, and memory care. You will complete nursing assessments, administer medications, document in the EMR, oversee the medication room, and coordinate care with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapy services, and the broader multidisciplinary team.
