Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Offset Press Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and maintaining offset presses, a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality printed materials on time and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and maintain offset printing presses (Our presses include a 64 KBA and 40 Komori UV Presses).Review job tickets and specifications to ensure accurate press setup.Monitor press runs for quality and consistency, making adjustments as needed.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as an Offset Press Operator preferred (willing to train motivated candidates including Press Feeders with experience and drive).Knowledge of offset press operations, color management, and print quality standards.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Benefits:
