We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.
Monitoring, supervising, and providing the care of those members whose health status and situation involve complex observationInitial evaluation visit, including development of the written care planRe-evaluation of member’s nursing needsInitiation of the plan of treatmentInitiation of appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing proceduresPreparation of clinical and progress notesCoordination of servicesInforming the care physician, care coordinator team, and other personnel involved of changes in the member’s condition and needsMember and family teachingSupervising and teaching other nursing personnelReviewing and revising the member care plan at least every 62 days and communicating revisions to appropriate staffCompany DescriptionWe are a family oriented company.
