Essential Duties: Provide shift leadership to meet daily and weekly goals. Ensure complete compliance to Shamrock's, Shamrock's Customers, Federal, State and Local requirements. Update and develop training materials as necessitated also provide on-going training of plant associates Regularly meet with plant associates to provide constructive coaching and perform reviews Work with plant associates to identify opportunities for improvement and then take the lead to oversee completion of corrective action plans. Have sufficient understanding of plant processes and resources to re-direct these when required. Ensure product quality and customer specifications are met. Work to accomplish "Zero Waste" objective. Ensure associate and visitor safety. Other duties may be assigned.
