Construction Office Assistant
We are seeking a Construction Office Assistant to support our growing national construction management team. This is not a basic clerical position—we are looking for someone who can actively manage follow-up, communication, and coordination across multiple projects. If you are organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with contractors across the country, this is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced construction environment and grow into a full Project Management role.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up on proposals, maintenance agreements, and contract executionTrack and manage warranty documentation and payment recordsCoordinate with national subcontractors for construction and facility maintenance workMake outbound calls to subcontractors to source and schedule workAssist Project Managers with active construction projects and daily operationsMaintain organized records and ensure timely follow-through on all itemsUpdate and manage construction software including Procore, Smartsheets, Dropbox, and ExcelWhat We’re Looking For
