Compensation: Starting at $95,000 + annually, plus performance-based incentives
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage restoration projects from start to completion.Drive to multiple job sites to monitor progress and ensure quality work.Communicate directly with clients, always keeping their best interests in mind.Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to keep projects on track.Manage timelines, budgets, and all project documentation.Read, interpret, and apply construction and restoration plans accurately.Track and report project costing, including materials, labor, and subcontractor expenses.Ensure all trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, roofing, etc.) are working efficiently and safely.Address issues promptly while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.Balance multiple projects and priorities while keeping operations running smoothly.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the restoration industryWorking knowledge of all trades and restoration processesStrong customer service skills with a client-first mindsetExcellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilitiesFamiliarity with restoration project documentation and permitting is a plusValid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel to job sites required)Why Join Us?
