    SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to lead our Intake Team and oversee the front-end operations that connect customers to our restoration services. This role is responsible for managing scheduling, dispatching, and customer service functions while ensuring a seamless experience for homeowners and commercial clients during stressful property damage situations.
    The ideal candidate is a strong people leader, process optimizer, and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a team of Intake Coordinators while driving operational efficiency, improving customer experiences, and supporting the growth of our restoration operations.

    What Youll Do
    Lead the Intake Team
    Manage, coach, and develop Intake Coordinators responsible for customer intake, scheduling, and dispatchingAssist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance managementFoster a collaborative and positive team cultureConduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviewsOversee Customer Experience
    Ensure every customer interaction meets high service standardsReview call recordings and provide coaching to improve customer service performanceResolve escalated customer concerns and implement process improvementsManage Scheduling & Dispatch Operations
    Oversee daily mitigation scheduling and job dispatch across multiple locationsMonitor lead intake, job scheduling workflows, and work-in-progress dashboardsEnsure communication between the Intake Team and production teams remains efficientManage on-call rotations, late shifts, and weekend coverageDrive Operational Performance
    Monitor team performance through scorecards, KPIs, and operational dashboardsPrepare and review reports related to scheduling efficiency and service performanceIdentify opportunities to improve processes, technology usage, and customer outcomesConduct regular operational audits to ensure adherence to company standardsSupport Company Operations
    Participate in daily operational meetings with restoration teamsAssist with large-loss project coordination when neededQuarterly travel to SERVPRO Team Wall office locationsOccasional extended travel for large-loss events (This role would be the back-up to travel)What Were Looking For
    Required Experience
    35+ years of experience leading a customer service, dispatch, or operations teamExperience managing team performance, training, and employee developmentStrong problem-solving skills and ability to manage escalated customer situationsExperience working with CRM systems, call systems, or dispatch softwareIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skillsPreferred

    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAre you humble, hungry, and smart with a drive to win new business? SERVPRO Team Wall is looking for a motivated Account Executive to grow our commercial client base and build lasting relationships in the communities we serve.

    The Account Executive will be responsible for continuously growing a viable commercial customer base while representing SERVPRO Team Wall in an accurate, ethical manner that upholds Team Walls high standard of integrity and focus on customer service. Primary responsibilities will consist of researching and identifying qualified Cold Leads, conducting introductory and educational appointments to move these Cold Leads into Superficial and/or Qualified prospects and then eventually to Client with an initial referral and produced project. The Account Executive will be expected to maintain an accurate and comprehensive database and record of sales activity utilizing the assigned CRM software. And most importantly, the Account Executive should always embrace an attitude promoting humble, hungry, and smart behaviors. The Account Executive will be working cross functionally with their assigned Account Manager to ensure a smooth transition of a newly gained Client into the Account Managers customer service management oversight and relationship development activities.

    Job Summary:
    The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for comprehensive inventory management, safety compliance, quality control, facility maintenance, and general support tasks. This includes maintaining minimum quantities of necessary supplies, performing regular inventory counts, and safeguarding inventory. The role also involves entering vehicle data, ensuring routine maintenance, and obtaining necessary inspections. Safety duties include performing safety walks, maintaining fire extinguishers, and complying with safety requirements. Quality control responsibilities involve documenting and managing broken equipment and ensuring all equipment is clean and properly maintained. Additionally, the Warehouse Coordinator oversees facility maintenance, including routine tasks and addressing issues identified by the office, and performs other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

    Major Duties and Responsibilities:


    Inventory Management
    a. Maintain minimum quantities of necessary mitigation supplies.
    b. Perform a physical inventory count of all items in inventory and provide to accounting.
    c. Maintain minimum quantities of necessary construction supplies.
    d. Perform an inventory of necessary construction supplies.
    e. Safeguard inventory to prevent losses.
    f. Obtain multiple quotes for any orders < $500.
    g. Receive deliveries and store items in an organized manner.
    h. Support any Mitigation or Construction crews with special delivery of supplies/equipment to jobsites.

    Logistics Coordination
    a. Report vehicle mileage at beginning of each quarter
    b. Schedule and track vehicles for routine maintenance based on milage and inspections
    c. Maintain all engines that run infrequently to ensure proper operation
    d. Obtain necessary registrations and emission inspections for vehicle operation
    e. Coordinate necessary vehicle repairs

    Safety Compliance
    a. Perform safety walks on the entire property.
    b. Document all findings from safety walks and provide to supervisor.
    c. Maintain fire extinguishers.
    d. Maintain floor mats, eye wash station and restroom supplies.
    e. Comply and enforce all safety advocate requirements.

    Quality Control
    a. Verify broken equipment is properly documented and scheduled for repair
    b. Ensure vehicle issues are documented prior to repair
    c. Maintain and prepare all equipment so it is ready to be placed on jobs

    Facility Maintenance
    a. Maintain dumpsters on site.
    b. Ensure building exteriors are clean and maintained.
    c. Address maintenance issues identified by the office and solicit multiple quotes and obtain approval from supervisor.
    e. Replace bulbs and other necessary routine activities.
    f. Ensure grass cutting, weed control, and snow removal occurs.

    General
    a. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor

    Team Management
    a. Manage Equipment Coordinator to ensure compliance with Team Wall policies and procedures
    b. Encourage and help plan the ongoing training of the Equipment Coordinator
    c. Schedule regular meetings with the Equipment Coordinator
    d. Approve biweekly payroll for the Equipment Coordinator and related functions
    e. Complete mid-year and year-end performance reviews for the Equipment Coordinator
