    Job Summary
    The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to obtain and successfully execute construction projects. They are responsible for ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors and resource providers involved in construction services.

    Responsibilities:
    1. Customer Satisfaction
    a. Management of the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
    b. Manage all warranty activities.

    2. Project Planning
    a. Educate customers on the construction process.
    b. Identify and document project scope of work.
    c. Maintain customer and client communications.
    d. Review estimates.
    e. Identify any change order or upsell opportunities.
    f. Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate.
    g. Ensure proper permits are acquired.

    3. Project Execution
    a. Review budgets.
    b. Create project schedule and timeline.
    c. Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers.
    d. Review subcontractor estimates and confirm the scope is accurate
    e. Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients.

    Requirements
    Knowledge of MEP tradesPrevious construction management experienceSuperb customer service track recordEffective written and oral communicationIntermediate math skillsExperience in restoration and/or construction preferredXactimate knowledge preferredMust have a reliable vehicle and license to conduct site visitsFormal Education/Training
    High school diploma/GEDProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredPhysical and Work Environment Requirements
    Walking and/or standing throughout the day. Frequent driving and sitting. Occasionally climbing ladders. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heat. The noise level at individual jobsites can be loud.Working Hours

    Job Summary
    The Construction Estimating Manager will be responsible for the development of standards, procedures and methodologies that ensure high quality, accurate, and optimized estimates are being produced by all Team Wall Construction Estimators. This position is also responsible for ensuring all administrative processes and duties specific to construction leads are taking place in a timely, efficient, and quality manner by all Team Wall Construction Estimators. Strong leadership and communication skills will be needed to succeed in this role, as this position will be managing estimators and overseeing 4 different markets (MD, PA (2) and VA) . Travel to each SERVPRO Team Wall office once a month will be an expected and needed aspect of this role. This position will report to the Director of Estimating.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Daily monitoring of dashboards, assignment of Estimators, and addressing issues.Oversight of Service Fusion adherence, Workcenter Job Files completeness, and estimate approval process.Collaboration with Quality Control Analyst for education and regular estimate reviews.Review of large estimates and understanding of full scope of the construction process, both residential and commercial.Management of TPA documentation, NAPA, and CAPA compliance.Ensuring compliance with process controls to prevent financial and legal issues.Weekly one-on-one meetings, Administrative Scorecard and Estimator Scorecard reviews.Monthly in-person office visits, group meetings, and Team Wall meeting preparation.Bi-weekly payroll review, staying current on industry changes, and increasing industry knowledge.As needed, ensure staffing and training, participate in ad hoc projects, lead employee training, conduct performance reviews, implement macros, and improve overall estimate processes.
    Additional Responsibilities/Experience
    Workload breakdown will be 80% in office (onsite position) and 20% in field.Capability of growing company portfolio in each market.Familiarization with the insurance industry pertaining to restoration and or construction services is preferred.
    Requirements
    3 - 5+ years previous construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting experienceExperience managing at least 4+ direct reportsSuperb customer service track recordExcellent written and oral communicationProficient use of Xactimate and/or Symbility estimating software (required)Critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and the ability to analyze dataCompany Benefits
