    SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a Residential Account Manager (RAM) to manage residential mitigation and construction projects from lead to close. This role focuses on delivering concierge-level service by guiding customers through estimates, contracts, project updates, and final closeout.

    As a valued SERVPRO Franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate, with opportunity to learn and grow.

    Commission: $55,000-$60,000 base plus commission!

    Key Responsibilities:
    Convert residential leads into signed contractsServe as the main point of contact for customers, adjusters, and internal teamsDeliver and explain estimates, follow up with customers, and close salesProvide regular project updates and ensure top-tier customer experienceSupport invoicing, collections, and documentation as neededCollaborate daily with Operations, Estimating, and Intake teamsWhat Were Looking For:

    Job Summary:
    The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through phone and email communication while supporting the efficient scheduling, dispatching, and documentation of mitigation and construction services. This role serves as an advanced intake professional, handling complex scheduling scenarios, escalation calls, and specialty client programs. The Customer Service Coordinator ensures accurate job setup, maintains complete documentation across all platforms, and plays a critical role in optimizing lead conversion and revenue. This position also supports after-hours operations through an on-call rotation, provides peer guidance, and assists with operational reporting and project-based initiatives.

    Major Duties and Responsibilities

    PreparationBe ready to take calls at shift start and remain available throughout the dayMonitor and manage all incoming leads to ensure timely contact and proper status updatesIntake Calls / Monitor the Unscheduled Leads DashboardEnsure all potential mitigation leads are being contacted and moved to the correct status via the Team Wall Standard Administrative Operating Processes.Field all intake calls and gather complete, accurate job informationHandle escalation calls and provide real-time solutions when neededScheduling and DispatchingSchedule and dispatch mitigation and estimate appointmentsOptimize crew schedules based on availability, location, and urgencyMinimize delays and ensure rapid response timesCustomer ServiceProvide professional, empathetic communication via phone and emailEducate customers on the importance of timely mitigation and set clear expectationsJob File DocumentationCreate and maintain accurate job files across all systemsDocument all communication, updates, and required forms (including ATPs)Ensure systems are aligned and job statuses are accurateOrganization & HandoffStay organized across all active jobs and scheduling activityProvide clear shift handoff notes to ensure continuityAs Needed:
    Customer DocumentationCustomer Service Coordinators are responsible for obtaining ATPs from customers via e-sign as needed.InvoicingAt times, estimate fees will need to be invoiced via QuickBooks Online. Customer Service Coordinators are directly responsible for entering this information if needed.Employee TrainingCustomer Service Coordinators assist Intake Lead in training new Coordinators via on-the-job training and shadowing opportunities.Additional TasksCustomer Service Coordinators complete tasks as assigned by Intake Manager

    Job Summary:
    The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for providing excellent customer service during phone calls and e-mail correspondence with customers. Primary responsibilities will consist of obtaining necessary intake data to create, schedule, and dispatch estimate appointments and jobs; proficiency with intake process and applications/documentation; and timely adherence to intake TPA timestamping. Additionally, Intake Coordinators participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergency calls and SERVPRO Corporate-dispatched jobs. Required weekend and evening shift hours will rotate between all Intake Coordinators.

    Major Duties and Responsibilities

    PreparationAll Intake Coordinators will be prepared to take calls at the beginning of shift start time.Monitor the Unscheduled Leads DashboardEnsure all potential mitigation leads are being contacted and moved to the correct status via the Team Wall Standard Administrative Operating Processes.Intake CallsIntake Coordinators will be responsible for fielding all intake calls during business hours and notated/assigned on-call hours.It is the Intake Coordinators responsibility to gather ALL required information from the customer to optimize the success of Team Walls production, sales, marketing, accounting, and administrative teams. The success of every job starts with the intake experience and complete information gathered.Scheduling and DispatchingThe Intake Coordinator is responsible for not only the information intake of a lead or job, but also placing the estimate or service appointment on the local offices calendar so that it optimizes the crews logistical location and business operations. This will be for both first time and repeat service appointments.Customer ServiceIntake Coordinators are essential to building the foundation of a positive customer service experience by communicating via phone and e-mail to customers and points of contact on a daily basis. Excelling in customer service and communication is a necessary trait of an Intake Coordinator.Job File DocumentationEnsure that all daily updates and customer communication is recorded and documented in the Workcenter job file.Ensure all required service start forms (ATP) are distributed, signed, and included in the Workcenter job file.As Needed:
    Customer DocumentationIntake Coordinators are responsible for obtaining ATPs from customers via e-sign as needed.InvoicingAt times, estimate fees will need to be invoiced via QuickBooks Online.     The Account Executive will be responsible for continuously growing a viable commercial customer base while representing SERVPRO Team Wall in an accurate, ethical manner that upholds Team Walls high standard of integrity and focus on customer service. Primary responsibilities will consist of researching and identifying qualified Cold Leads, conducting introductory and educational appointments to move these Cold Leads into Superficial and/or Qualified prospects and then eventually to Client with an initial referral and produced project. The Account Executive will be expected to maintain an accurate and comprehensive database and record of sales activity utilizing the assigned CRM software. And most importantly, the Account Executive should always embrace an attitude promoting humble, hungry, and smart behaviors. The Account Executive will be working cross functionally with their assigned Account Manager to ensure a smooth transition of a newly gained Client into the Account Managers customer service management oversight and relationship development activities.
