    About the Role:
    SERVPRO  is looking for a driven and dependable Restoration Technician to join our growing team in Conyers, GA. This is your chance to make a real difference by helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, and mold damage when they need it most. If you're a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in quality work, we want to hear from you!

    Responsibilities:
    Perform water, fire, smoke, and mold remediation and restoration services at residential and commercial job sitesSet up and monitor drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture metersConduct demolition tasks such as removing damaged drywall, flooring, and structural materialsDocument job progress through photos, moisture readings, and detailed written reportsClean and restore contents, structures, and affected areas following SERVPRO standards and IICRC guidelinesCommunicate professionally with customers, adjusters, and team members throughout the restoration processLoad, unload, and maintain restoration equipment and company vehiclesRespond to emergency service calls, including after-hours and weekend dispatches as neededRequirements:
    Prior experience in restoration, construction, remediation, or a related trade preferredIICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) a plus but not required — training availableValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in varying conditionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanshipReliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including on-call rotationsExcellent customer service skills and a professional, empathetic demeanorAbout Us:
