We're looking for a driven relationship builder to help grow our business across eight markets throughout Central North Carolina. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing strategic partnerships, opening new doors, and becoming a trusted advisor to organizations before and after property losses.
This is a high-impact position responsible for developing and growing some of our organization's most valuable relationships across Central North Carolina. You'll have the opportunity to work with influential organizations, build long-term partnerships, and play a direct role in the continued growth of our company.
As our Strategic Key Accounts Manager, you'll develop and manage relationships with higher education institutions, municipalities, senior living communities, insurance brokers, adjusters, commercial property owners, and other strategic referral partners. Your focus will be on building long-term partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding our presence throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, commercial clients, insurance brokers, adjusters, and strategic referral partners.Prospect and develop new business opportunities across eight Central North Carolina markets.Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-value clients and target industries.Conduct client presentations, strategic business meetings, networking events, and industry outreach.Create customized solutions that help organizations prepare for and recover from property losses.Collaborate with operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience from first contact through project completion.Meet and exceed sales goals while building long-term client relationships.Represent the company at industry events, community organizations, and professional associations
Qualifications
Proven success in business development, strategic sales, account management, or relationship management.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, organized, and driven to achieve measurable results.Experience in restoration, insurance, construction, commercial services, facilities managementAbility to travel throughout Central North Carolina to support clients and business development efforts.What We Offer

As a Water Damage Restoration Technician, you'll respond to homes and businesses experiencing water damage and help get them back to normal.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to emergency water damage callsInspecting and assessing affected areasSetting and monitoring drying equipmentExtracting standing waterRemoving damaged materials when necessaryPerforming demolition and cleanupMoving equipment and materialsTaking photos and documenting workCommunicating professionally with customersWorking closely with Project Managers and other techniciansFollowing safety procedures and restoration standardsMaintaining equipment and keeping vehicles/work areas cleanWhat We're Looking For:
