This position maintains the cleanliness and safety of our customer buildings. You’ll be responsible for all cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, and emptying trash. The ideal candidate has flexible availability, great work ethic, experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, and takes pride in a job well done.
Responsibilities Travel is requiredProvide both scheduled and emergency janitorial coverage of shiftsMaintain the cleanliness and safety of customer buildingsVacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans dailySecure the building by locking doors once cleaning is completeNotify the manager of safety concerns and minor repairs neededQualificationsDriver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksiteAt least 1 year of experience in janitorial servicesExperience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipmentExcellent stamina and physical healthMust be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
