    ServiceMaster of the Lakes Area is rapidly growing! We specialize in commercial and residential cleaning; along with water, fire and mold restoration. We are seeking a dedicated, self-motivated individual to join our Full-time Restoration Team to experience a positive and fast-paced work environment.

    The Position: Were looking for a Project Manager. This position is for residential and commercial cleaning, fire and water clean-up and restoration. Job assignments include but are not limited to specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism clean-up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move-outs and pack ins, and content cleaning. This position also directs, aids and supervises the Restoration Technicians assigned to the project.

    Hours:
    * Full - Time / Monday- Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    * Rotating On-Call Schedule

    Full Time Benefits: Holiday Pay, Vacation Pay, Health Ins Plan and AFLAC available after 90 days. Company Vehicle Privileges.

    Requirements:
    Restoration or carpet and upholstery cleaning experienceCrew Chief/project management experience; preferredGood communication skills.Valid Drivers License with good driving recordReliable transportationAbility to travel out of townAble to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.Pass background checkWater Restoration Tech Certification (WRT); preferredMICA, DryTrack, or similar software experience; preferred
    Responsibilities:
    Initial scope of loss, drying equipment monitoring, assisting with demoEnsures the timely quality completion of assigned restoration cleaning, moving, packing, or general labor projects.Directs, aids and supervises the project techniciansEnsures and evaluates competence and quality of the techniciansEnsures a continuous increase in the knowledge and skill level (training) of the techniciansEnsures the security, integrity, and cleanliness of all Company equipment and supplies used on or taken to assigned projectsEnsures the productivity of the techniciansEnsures all required restoration project documentation, including forms and photo-documentation, is completed in accordance with established protocols.Ensures excellent customer communication and relations.Perform other duties as required. These duties may include job functions that are outside the scope of normal job duties.

We are hiring for a key "technical service" leadership role available within our company in the Residential & Disaster Restoration division. Full-time position is Monday Friday 8:00-5:00 with on-call rotation. The position includes carrying out individual jobs along with working with crew members in both residential and commercial environments. Examples of jobs but not limited to carpet/upholstery cleaning, tile/grout cleaning, top to bottom cleans, construction cleans, water & fire damage.
