    Position Overview

    ServiceMaster by Singer is seeking an experienced Water Mitigation Project Manager to manage water damage restoration projects from initial inspection through completion of structural drying.

    This role requires a restoration professional who understands mitigation procedures, documentation requirements, and how to direct technicians while maintaining clear communication with homeowners and insurance representatives.

    This is a field-driven role for someone who can manage multiple projects, maintain strong documentation, and ensure work is completed correctly.

     

    Responsibilities

    Inspect water losses and determine mitigation strategy using IICRC standardsDirect technicians and crew chiefs during mitigation projectsMonitor drying progress and confirm structural drying completionMaintain complete job documentation including moisture readings, photos, and notesUse tools such as DocuSketch and restoration documentation platformsCommunicate with property owners and insurance adjustersManage multiple mitigation projects simultaneously

     

    Required Qualifications

    IICRC WRT Certification requiredWater mitigation / restoration experienceExperience directing technicians or mitigation crewsStrong documentation habitsValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordAbility to pass background screening required for technicians entering homesAbility to lift up to 75 poundsAbility to wear respirator when requiredAbility to work emergency hours when losses occur
