  Commercial Maintenance Technician
  Salary Range: $22-30

  
  Job Summary

  Completing Maintenance & Repairs - You'll be completing small to medium maintenance and repairs for commercial projects. The project length can range from two hours to five days.Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers - You'll communicate with customers to help them understand what they need to have done and manage expectations about the scope of work.Create Life-Long Customers - Deliver a great experience that wows the customers.

  
  Job Qualifications:

  Live within the greater Atlanta area

  Have 3+ years of experience as a paid handymanBe insurable for driving the company vehiclesComplete a background and driving record checkAble to lift 50 lbs. independentlyExperience working with hand and power toolsAbility to use and learn technologyAble to safely work at heights and work overhead for extended periods of time

  General Responsibilities:

  Performs routine maintenance.Diagnoses mechanical problems and determines how to correct them.Repairs machines, equipment, or structures.Maintains or repairs specialized equipment or machinery.Assembles, installs, or repairs wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment.Plans and lays out repair work, using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, or schematic diagrams.Self management some jobs will require you to be alone depending on your experienceCommunicates well with customers and provides excellent customer service.Documentation of the job using company application, ServiceTradeProper wear of PPEUpkeep of professional appearanceKeep company-provided vehicle orderly and cleanly

   

  Benefits & Pay:

  There are three tiers to this position with different pay rates for each tier.

   

  Tech lvl. 2 $22-26 | Tech lvl. 3 $27-30

   

  Your tier is dependent on your experience as a professional handyman as well as your experience with other repair and maintenance projects.
