    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a skilled and experienced Plumber Level II to join our Service Experts HVAC and Plumbing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of plumbing duties, including installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong leadership skills.

    Responsibilities:
    Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters.Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify and diagnose issues or defects.Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan plumbing system layouts and installations.Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to discuss project requirements and timelines.Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for plumbing projects.Carry out installations and repairs of plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters.Cut, thread, and bend pipes using appropriate tools and techniques.Clean up job sites and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.Weld, solder, or join pipes using approved methods.Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning.Troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions.Adhere to plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.Mentor and provide guidance to junior plumbers and helpers.Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.Coordinate with suppliers to procure plumbing materials and equipment.

    Requirements:
    High school diploma or equivalent.     Key Responsibilities:
    Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner. Identifies potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns or callbacks. Maintains and repairs plumbing systems carrying water, steam, chemicals and fuel in heating, cooling, lubricating and other process piping systems by replacing defective washers, replacing or mending broken pipes, or opening clogged drains. Repairs or replaces plumbing fixtures; test joints and pipe systems for leaks, open clogged drains, measure, cut, thread, bend, ream and install pipe and pipe fittings. Inspects high pressure, air, steam, water and gas systems to ascertain malfunctions.
