    Key Responsibilities:

    Plumbing inspections and consultation: Support plumbers in conducting general inspections to determine maintenance needs in residential settings to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes. General maintenance: Learn to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, such as drain cleaning, repairing leaks, water heater repair and replacement, and other preventative maintenance. Customer interaction: Develop customer service skills by assisting with client interactions and addressing their concerns professionally. Safety and compliance: Adhere to all safety standards and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment. Identify potential safety hazards and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks. Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate records of services performed and parts used. Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports for management and regulatory agencies to review. Training: Participate in on-the-job training and attend workshops to develop plumbing skills and knowledge. Continuously educate and train to stay updated with the latest plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience. Experience with in-home, consultative sales is a plus. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow instructions. Good communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills. Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces. Current and valid driver's license in the state in which you will be working.

    Service Champions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to support our Field Operations and ensure efficient warehouse operations. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Load and unload trucks, inspecting products for quality and accuracy Process and prepare orders, including pulling materials, packing, and staging for delivery Manage inventory control, ensuring accurate shipping, receiving, and reconciliation of invoices Operate forklifts and company vehicles as needed Stage equipment for installations and deliver parts to job sites Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to maintain supply levels and resolve issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Assist with general warehouse upkeep, including facility maintenance Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines

    Qualifications:

    Job Overview:

    Key Responsibilities:

    Coordinating Service Requests: Efficiently schedule and dispatch service calls to field technicians. Communication Point: Act as the main point of contact for field teams, customers, and management. Problem-solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor and Adjust Schedules: Monitor schedules closely and make real-time adjustments to optimize operations. Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service requests, schedules, and any incidents. Emergency Response: Coordinate emergency response efforts when necessary. Resource Allocation: Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet operational demands. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

    Qualifications:

    2+ years of dispatching experience. Call center experience is highly preferred. HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or other service-based industry experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software. Service Titan experience is a plus.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Verify and confirm Service & Maintenance Technicians are providing our customers with a consistent WOW precision tune-up and professional cleaning. Ensures department sales goals are being met, mentoring a team of HVAC Service Technicians Repairs heating and air conditioning systems and related equipment (e.g. unit heaters, pumps, safety controls, etc.) for the purpose of providing residents with comfort. Maintains tools, supplies, and/or equipment (e.g., torches, cutters, drills, test equipment, sheet metal, filters, control components, gaskets, seals, etc.) to ensure safe operating condition. Conducts & Participates pre-season tune up training prior to the club membership drop. Coordinates with the Dispatch Department to assist with any issues on recent service calls and ensures each call is being completed beyond the client's satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work with a high degree of integrity and promote a positive company image. Analytical, Focused on Quality, and Results-driven. Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions. Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business. Satisfactory passing of mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background check Valid driver's license, with minimal DMV infractions.

    Physical Requirements:

    The principal duties of this position are performed in a variety of environments, including customer homes, the outdoors, and field environments at development and work sites on uneven and rough terrain. Required to work in outside weather conditions, including heat, cold, and temperature swings, for extended periods of time. Standing up to 8 hours per day; Walking up to 8 hours per day on uneven, difficult terrain. Occasional heavy manual labor to include lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. Regular and repetitive grasping, gripping, reaching, bending, stooping, crouching, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and working overhead. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds (e.g., machinery alarms, or alarms). May work in closed or cramped spaces on occasion.
