  Experience with automation equipment (conveyors, sorters, robotics) and knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
  
  Fluent in English (Spanish proficiency a plus).
  
  Comfortable with remote work and able to travel up to 90%.

  Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related STEM fields.
  
  Experience in operations management or distribution centers with direct responsibility for material handling, automation, or technical projects.
  
  Proven technical leadership in industrial engineering projects.
  
  Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management software.
  
  Demonstrated success in vendor management, including sourcing, qualifying, negotiating agreements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
