    Serenity Primary Care is a growing primary care practice serving Plano and surrounding areas. We're seeking a receptionist to deliver excellent patient service and support our experienced physician team.


    Qualifications

    •       High school diploma or equivalent (required)

    •       Strong customer service and communication skills

    •       Knowledge of insurance authorization and billing requirements

    •       Proficiency with computer systems; eClinicalWorks experience a plus

    •       Excellent organizational and time management skills

    •       Familiarity with clinic procedures and regulatory requirements


    Responsibilities

    •       Greet patients, complete check-in paperwork, and ensure compliance with clinic policies

    •       Answer and direct phone calls; schedule appointments per office guidelines

    •       Collect and verify patient and insurance information, including copays and deductibles

    •       Scan IDs, referrals, and insurance cards into electronic medical records

    •       Prepare patient charts and confirm appointments, notifying patients of required documentation

    •       Process check-out, collect payments, and schedule follow-up appointments
