Role Description The Senior AI Engineer drives end-to-end delivery of production AI platforms—leading solution architecture, orchestrating model pipelines, designing multi-agent workflows, and creating reusable SDKs and frameworks. They work across product, engineering, security, and governance teams to ensure AI systems are scalable, observable, cost-efficient, and compliant. Define design patterns Optimize operational pipelines Enable internal reuse of proven solutions As an AI Engineer, you will own the full lifecycle from architecting secure, compliant solutions to deploying and scaling them in production. You will work with: Azure OpenAI Azure AI Search Multi-agent orchestration API integrations for EHR, CRM, and member portals All while solving complex problems, ensuring HIPAA compliance and Responsible AI practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or related field or equivalent practical experience delivering production AI/ML systems (Preferred) Master’s or equivalent experience (Preferred) Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, or ML specialty credentials (Preferred) Requirements 5 years in production-grade AI/ML (Required) 3 years building and operating production AI/ML systems - training, deployment, monitoring (Required) One year GenAI/LLM or RAG solution delivered to production or equivalent experience open-source contributions, or startups (Required) Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision plans Adoption, Fertility and Surrogacy Reimbursement up to $10,000 Paid Time Off and Sick Leave Paid Parental
