Location: East Coast (OH, PA, IN, KY, TN, MS, and surrounding areas)
Travel Required: 4–6 weeks at a time
Pay: $24–$26/hour (based on experience) + daily per diem
Overview
We are seeking Traveling Site Services Installation Technicians to join our team at Subzero Engineering, working on active construction sites installing Hot and Cold Aisle Containment systems in mission-critical environments.
This role is ideal for candidates with construction experience, blueprint reading ability, and strong hands-on installation skills who are open to traveling for extended project durations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Controller to support our Mankato, MN manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for the plant's Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, cost accounting activities, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and operational financial analysis.
The Plant Controller will serve as a key business partner to plant leadership, providing financial insights, identifying risks and opportunities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role also supports a secondary facility in Cincinnati, OH and requires monthly travel.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage plant P&L and Balance Sheet reportingLead all plant accounting and financial reporting activitiesPerform monthly financial analysis, including budget-to-actual variance reportingPartner with Plant Management to improve financial and operational performanceReconcile sub-ledger accounts to the general ledgerMaintain and reconcile fixed asset schedulesPrepare monthly balance sheet reconciliationsDevelop budgets, forecasts, and financial modelsAnalyze labor, overhead, inventory, and production costsProvide cost accounting support and manufacturing variance analysisIdentify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvementsAssess and strengthen internal controls and audit readinessMaintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsDevelop and implement accounting policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Support tax compliance and reporting requirementsProvide financial leadership and support to the Cincinnati facilityRequired Qualifications
