Areas We Serve We are currently hiring caregivers to assist clients in: Costa Mesa Newport Beach Fountain Valley Irvine Santa Ana Orange Caregiver Responsibilities As a caregiver, you will provide meaningful support that helps seniors maintain independence and quality of life in the comfort of their homes. Daily responsibilities may include: Assisting clients with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene support Providing mobility and transfer assistance using proper body mechanics and equipment Experience using Hoyer lifts and gait belts preferred Supporting bedridden clients and providing incontinence care Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed Engaging clients through conversation, companionship, walks, games, hobbies, and daily activities Monitoring and documenting clients' physical, emotional, and behavioral condition Communicating updates with the care team and family members when appropriate Qualifications We are looking for caregivers who have: Active HCA registration Current Negative Tuberculosis (TB) Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Previous caregiving experience preferred Experience with transfers and mobility assistance Compassion, patience, and professionalism Willingness to complete ongoing training, including Dementia, Alzheimer, and Parkinson's care Why Caregivers Love Working with Us We are committed to supporting our caregivers both personally and professionally by offering: Competitive pay: $17$22 per hour Flexible scheduling options Paid orientation and training Paid sick time Mileage reimbursement Referral bonus opportunities Career growth and continued education Supportive and team-oriented work environment Our caregivers are more than employees they are trusted companions who make a real difference in the lives of seniors and their families every day.
