The Wraparound Clinician coordinates services and planning for children who are referred through social service, probation or mental health departments and are in the process of stepping down from institutional into family or family-like settings. Services will be provided almost exclusively in the community in families' homes, group homes, foster homes, schools, etc. The primary role is to ensure that all parties are working together toward stability for the child and family. Wraparound Clinicians engage clients in meaningful and authentic relationships while providing a safe, predictable, and positive environment that aligns with our clients' values and cultures.
About the Program
The Wraparound Programs work in close partnership with Department of Social Services, Juvenile Probation, Behavioral Health, and group homes. Wraparound provides strengths-based and outcome-oriented alternatives to group care placements for children and youth by drawing upon community and family strengths. The Wraparound team builds consensus and leverages the strengths of its members to identify and meet needs that require intervention to support the child/youth and family in reaching their long-term goals.

Responsibilities:
* Promptly meet with clients and caregivers on a regular basis to further treatment goals utilizing culturally informed and best practice modalities.
* Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams for the purpose of care planning and support.
* Collaborate with agency staff, caregivers, other professionals and interested parties to formulate and implement individual client care plans, behavioral programs, and interventions.
* Cultivate and maintain relationships with community members and providers, as needed.
* Complete assessment and evaluation process of clients in order to develop and implement the care plan.
* Provide assistance in case planning and consultation to team members on clinical issues, as well as casework issues, as appropriate.
* Chart mental health notes, care plans, outcome measures, incident reports, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
* Maintain availability for crisis intervention services, such as on-call rotation, if applicable.
* Participate in individual and/or group supervision.
Qualifications:
Required
* Master's degree in social work/psychology/counseling.
* Current licensure or eligibility for licensure with the applicable regulatory agency responsible for licensing, examination, and enforcement of competent mental health practice standards.
* At least 21 years of age.
* TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements.
* Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies' insurance policy.
Preferred
* Experience working with children in out-of-home care.

Schedule:
* Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
* On-call 2-4 times a month; scheduled ahead with supervisor
* Hybrid; provide in-person services & complete documentation remotely
Benefits:
* Starting at $80,709 - $94,709 per year, commensurate with experience
