About the Role Semgrep is hiring a Head of Growth we care more about the pace and scope of what you've owned than years on a resume, and strong startup or high-growth experience can absolutely compress that timeline Proven track record managing multi-discipline marketing teams (campaign, lifecycle, web, and/or growth) Equal parts analytical and strategic: you're as comfortable in a Salesforce dashboard or attribution model as you are in a campaign brief Deep fluency in funnel metrics, MQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC, CPL by channel, conversion rates, and the ability to connect them to business outcomes Experience marketing to technical audiences.
