Hi everyone! We are looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented individual to help keep our home running smoothly. We’re seeking someone to join our household on a part-time basis to assist with day-to-day operations.
About the Role:
We are looking for someone who takes initiative and can help us reclaim our time by managing the "behind-the-scenes" aspects of our home. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, discreet, and capable of managing multiple tasks with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
Household Organization: Maintaining order, managing inventories, and restocking supplies.
Errand Running: Grocery shopping, returns, dry cleaning, and general errands.
Vendor Coordination: Scheduling and overseeing home maintenance, repairs, or service appointments.
Administrative Tasks: Managing schedules, light household budgeting, or coordinating travel/guest arrangements.
Pet Support: Helping with care for our dogs (e.g., vet appointments, supply runs).
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in household management, estate management, or executive assistant roles.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Excellent communication skills and high standards for discretion and privacy.
Schedule & Compensation:
