Responsibilities:
Provides general administrative support to the organization. May provide back up support to higher- level management as needed.
Maintains and manages calendars, including scheduling meetings and proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.
Coordinates domestic and international travel arrangements and processing of corresponding expense reports.
Uses intermediate to advanced software skills to perform assigned work.
Uses and understands Microsoft Office Suite and other business-specific software, including Corporate Travel website and other programs.
Coordinates new employee onboarding.
Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
Follows purchasing and requisition procedures, Corporate Security and Privacy Rules, Corporate Branding Guidelines, and Copy Center procedures (if applicable).
Coordinates and maintains departmental files, as assigned, in compliance with corporate and government regulations.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
1+ years previous admin experience or equivalent.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, SharePoint, and understanding of business processes and requirements.
Self-starter able to function at a high level with general instruction and supervision.
Builds strong relationships with peers and cross-functionally.
Team-oriented, can-do attitude and desire to be productive contributor to overall organization.
Learns quickly and can change course quickly when needed.
Requires proficiency in two to three vendor software programs.
Provides support to one or two department managers and their staffs.
Duties may include word processing, editing existing documents, keying information into existing templates, database upkeep.
Previous clerical experience is necessary.
Moderate to minimal supervision is provided.

• Supports Test Method Validation Remediation:
- Assists in the review and improvement of existing test method validation documentation
-Implements remediation plans to ensure test methods comply with current regulatory standards.
• Documentation and Compliance:
-Ensures validation documents meet FDA, ISO 13485, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
-Maintains accurate and organized records of validation activities.
• Qualifications:
-Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
-3-5 years of experience in test method validation or a related area.
• Knowledge and Skills:
-Familiar with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in test method validation.
-Proficiency in technical writing and documentation.
• Work Guidelines:
-Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
-Works under immediate supervision, with primary job functions not typically requiring independent judgment.
-Reports to a supervisor or manager.
