    THE OPPORTUNITY
    We're looking for a Business Development Manager - OEM Sales to drive strategic growth through new OEM partnerships. You'll identify, engage, and close opportunities with leading manufacturers, helping them integrate Seek Thermal's sensing technology into their products and platforms.

    This role requires a mix of technical fluency, strategic thinking, and relationship mastery - perfect for someone who enjoys long-cycle sales and meaningful, design-level collaboration with engineering teams.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO
    - Identify, research, and prioritize OEM prospects in target industries (automotive, security, consumer electronics, industrial manufacturing, etc.)
    - Build and manage relationships with engineering, sourcing, and product development teams at large manufacturers
    - Lead technical discussions to align Seek Thermal's technology with customer design needs
    - Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns across multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, tradeshows)
    - Partner closely with Product Management and Marketing to refine go-to-market strategies
    - Track pipeline progress and forecast accurately in CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot)
    - Deliver qualified opportunities and actionable market insights to guide Seek's OEM strategy
    - Represent Seek Thermal at industry events and trade shows (up to 30% travel)

    Requirements:

    WHAT YOU BRING
    - 5+ years of business development or technical sales experience in B2B or OEM markets
    - Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder, long-cycle sales
    - Ability to discuss and sell technical concepts (imaging sensors, embedded systems, or electronic components)
    - Strong communication and presentation skills - credible with both engineers and executives
    - Proficiency in CRM and prospecting tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
    - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
    - Experience with thermal imaging or sensing technologies is a plus

    Position Summary


    The Senior Systems Engineer will lead the design, integration, and verification of advanced thermal imaging systems. Working closely with hardware, firmware, optical, and manufacturing teams, this role plays a key part in delivering innovative imaging products from concept through production.

    This position reports directly to the VP of Engineering and will be instrumental in defining system architecture, validating performance, and mentoring team members to uphold engineering excellence.

    Key Responsibilities Define and manage system architecture and technical requirements for thermal imaging products.
    Perform system-level analyses and develop performance budgets (NETD, MTF, latency, throughput).
    Collaborate with product management and technical leads to align product roadmaps and engineering strategies.
    Develop and execute validation and verification plans for reliability, performance, and compliance.
    Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for system-level issues across development phases.
    Lead design reviews, ensuring requirements traceability and risk mitigation.
    Partner with manufacturing, quality, and test teams to ensure smooth transition to production.
    Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in systems engineering processes.
    Skills & Competencies Strong foundation in imaging sensor and system design.
    Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or similar tools for modeling and analysis.
    Experience with optical alignment, calibration, and performance optimization.
    Familiarity with AI-enhanced imaging, intelligent edge processing, or semiconductor fabrication preferred.
    Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.     We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer - OEM & Industrial to join our team. This role bridges the gap between technical product knowledge and sales. You will work closely with OEM & Industrial partners to identify, develop, and support integration opportunities of Seek's thermal imaging technologies into their products and solutions. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that requires both technical acumen and a proven ability to drive sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal stake holders (sales reps, product managers, engineering and ops) for all OEM & Industrial opportunities.

    Participate in the full sales cycle for OEM & Industrial customers. Starting from initial lead conversations, through customer development, to opportunity close, and including post-sale technical support as needed.

    Respond to OEM & Industrial sales opportunities in conjunction with the sales reps.

    Support customers meetings on a technical level (either remotely or at a customer site), communicating requirements and key updates back to internal stakeholders.

    Update customer opportunities in Seek's CRM with technical progress.

    Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations in support of Sales & Product needs for OEM & Industrial.

    Gather customer requirements and collaborate with product & engineering teams to evaluate new customized solutions that meet customer requirements and internal ROI needs.

    Ensure all new and existing customers are successful when integrating or using Seek products with Seek Thermal SDKs or other Seek products & solutions.

    Respond directly to customers technical requests, investigations, and testing, using our support ticket system and email.

    Maintain a deep technical knowledge of Seek Thermal's product offerings to support customer integration efforts.

    Represent Seek Thermal at trade shows, conferences, and customer visits as needed.

    Provide market and customer feedback to help guide product development and roadmap planning.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related technical field; advanced degree (desired) 3+ years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably in imaging, sensors, or embedded electronics.

    Experience with Software and ability to understand, explain and review SDKs and code (e.g., C++, python, html or other similar languages)

    Experience working with OEM clients and managing complex B2B sales cycles.

    Strong understanding of embedded systems, optics, or thermal imaging technology preferred.

    Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

    Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    o Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
