What You'll Do
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.Perform preventative maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.Install HVAC components and complete system replacements as needed.Explain repair recommendations and maintenance options to customers in a professional manner.Maintain accurate service documentation using mobile technology.Follow all safety procedures and company standards.Participate in an on-call rotation when required.Qualifications
3+ years of residential and/or light commercial HVAC service experience preferred.EPA Certification required.Ability to diagnose electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and mechanical issues.Experience servicing gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and air handlers.Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions.Compensation & Benefits
