Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to support daily operations at our Ontario, California office. This individual must possess strong analytical and communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate exceptional follow-through.
The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Mandarin, computer savvy, and eager to contribute to a collaborative and expanding team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) is preferredBilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (required; non-negotiable).Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to follow up and close out tasks effectively.Proficiency with PC and Mac systems and common office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).Basic understanding of accounting principles, inventory control, and logistics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to management and operations teams.Handle correspondence, scheduling, filing, and documentation with precision.Coordinate with accounting to assist with data entry, invoice processing, and basic bookkeeping.Support inventory control activities, including tracking, reporting, and logistics coordination.Assist with internal and external communications, including bilingual correspondence (English/Mandarin).Follow up diligently on assigned tasks and ensure completion of outstanding items.Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.Help maintain office organization, supplies, and vendor communications.What We Offer

Pay Rate: $17- $20 (DOE)
Job Summary:
This hybrid role involves supporting both the manufacturing line and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will assist in the production and packaging of supplements while also helping to manage inventory movement, receiving, and shipping duties in the warehouse. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment that requires accuracy, organization, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Line Duties:
Operate machinery and equipment for manufacturing and packaging vitamins and supplementsMeasure, weigh, and blend ingredients according to batch instructionsPerform quality checks, labeling, and packagingMaintain clean and organized workstations in accordance with GMP and SOPsComplete production logs and documentation accuratelyCommunicate production issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisorsWarehouse Duties:
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and suppliesPick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipmentsLoad/unload trucks and move materials as neededMaintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling and recordkeepingOperate pallet jacks and other basic material handling equipmentKeep warehouse areas clean, safe, and organizedQualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.Prior experience in warehouse operations or inventory management preferred.Forklift experience is a plus and is preferred****.Basic computer skills to manage inventory systems and shipping software.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Reliability, Accountability, Ability to always be on time.Physical ability to lift heavy packages (up to [weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs]) and stand for extended periods.Must pass a 10 panel drug screening test.Work Environment
