This role oversees Field Supervisors and security officers, ensuring adherence to site procedures, operational standards, and client requirements. In this role, the candidate will be a hands on leader focusing on coaching and developing teams, conducting site audits, resolving operational challenges, and supporting branch administration to drive service excellence and employee engagement.
