     POSITION SUMMARY
    Our Field Service Technicians apply their technical knowledge and experience to solve problems across a diverse customer base.  You will support customers in banking, education, logistics, manufacturing, medical, retail, and other industries.  As a Secur-Serv Technician you will install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and make repairs to a wide range of hardware including printers, cash recyclers, document finishing equipment, office equipment, servers, PCs, and data communications equipment. 

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESTravels to customer locations via company vehicle to diagnose, repair, and/or replace computer hardware in accordance with service agreements. Manages preventative maintenance schedule in a timely and efficient manner. Assists other territories and technicians as needed which may include travel to other metropolitan areas. Takes ownership of meeting customers’ business needs. Coordinates activities and seeks assistance from technical support when appropriate.Provides updates, status, and completion information to manager, sales, technical support, call center, and customer via voicemail, use of wireless call processing system, or in-person communication. Manages parts inventory in accordance with established guidelines. Submits required paperwork in a timely, efficient, and complete manner. May be asked to train new technicians in an on-the-job manner. 
     REQUIREMENTSTwo or more years related experience and/or training.Secur-Serv provides training at the office in Omaha, NE, along with, access to a database of manuals and depot support personnel to call if additional support is needed.Able to successfully attend training in Headquarters and/or outside schools to keep abreast of new technology and hardware product developments.Valid and current state Driver's License.Self-motivated and able to work effectively under minimal supervision.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Ability to diagnose equipment operational errors and product failures.Must be able to problem solve, think analytically and be attentive to detail.Good verbal communication skills for interaction with customers.Physical Demands:Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, write, and hear.Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, bend, crawl, push/ pull, twist and turn.Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 poundsMust be able to meet all physical requirements up to eight hours per day.Able to travel overnight 5-10%.PreferencesAssociates degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.

    POSITION SUMMARY
    The Credential Processor is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing academic credentials and related documentation submitted to the Law School Admission Council (LSAC).  This role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of applicant records while adhering to established policies, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.
     

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    Follow all Secur-Serv requirements, policies, procedures, and management directions.Review, scan, and upload documents to the candidate portal on behalf of the LSAC customer service teamOpens/receives academic documents, reviews them for authenticity and scans them into the computer systemVerifies and modifies academic record information from credentials into/against applicant electronic filesAssists as necessary with all the aspects of the LLM Credential Assembly Service group’s work to meet company needs Works under supervision of the Manager of the LLM Credential Assembly Service, assisted by the coordinatorDownloads electronic documents, reviews them for authenticity and legibility, and scans them into the computer systemVerifies and modifies academic record information from credentials into/against applicant electronic filesEdits, updates, changes and/or corrects any information related to applicant credentialsPrepares and sends correspondence related to LLM CAS credential processingAssists as necessary with all aspects of the LLM CAS group’s work to meet company needsEnsure that all client process and procedures have been implemented, understood, and followedDevelops and maintains an understanding of all LLM Credential Assembly Service policies and proceduresEnsure proper use of equipment and sensitive security information and reports

    POSITION SUMMARY
    The Desktop Support Analyst will support a Secur-Serv's client by providing expert network and computer support to hospital staff. The role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software, as well as responding to user requests and collaborating with IT management.
     

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    Follow all Secur-Serv requirements, policies, procedures, and management directionsProvide expert network and computer support, assisting hospital staff with computer-related issues, installing, and maintaining hardware and software, monitoring network traffic, overseeing automatic backups, and analyzing and troubleshooting problems promptly.Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and various productivity tools.Provide remote desktop support using remote desktop tools and techniques to end users.Support a range of software applications, including Windows Operating System, Novell Software, Microsoft Office Software, and other approved IT applications. Responds to inquiries about the software applications it supports and offers assistance. Contributes to the licensing of software products.Provide timely solutions to user requests for assistance with personal computer hardware issues. Point users in the direction of the best course of action if problems are outside the IT department’s purview.Keep thorough records of user assistance requests and periodically evaluate them to determine the need to improve education and training.Collaborate closely with IT management and immediately alerts them to any potential problems encountered while completing assignments.
     REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or GEDStrong problem-solving skills and a passion for staying current with technology.Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi configuration.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist users effectively.Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Experience with Windows OS and Mac OS, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining desktop hardware components, including CPUs, RAM, hard drives, and peripherals.
