Position Summary The Warehouse Associate supports SECOR Cares food market and outreach operations by assisting with warehouse organization, inventory management, and safe transportation of food and supplies. This role works closely with staff and volunteers to ensure efficient, safe, and mission-aligned operations. Key Responsibilities Sort incoming donated and purchased goods; break down pallets and organize materials. Maneuver pallets within the warehouse using appropriate equipment. Maintain a working knowledge of current inventory; assist with inventory control and proper stock rotation. Pull supplies for stocking food market shelves and refrigerators as instructed. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, including shelves, pallet areas, and cold storage. Drive and operate SECOR Cares vehicles as needed Load, unload, and store food and supplies in accordance with food safety standards Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and order fulfillment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Support volunteers by providing direction as assigned Complete required paperwork accurately Follow all safety policies, including OSHA guidelines Represent SECOR Cares professionally with guests, volunteers, and partners Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) including paid sick leave under the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act Retirement plan Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience Valid, unrestricted Colorado Class R Drivers License Experience using pallet jack, forklift, and reach truck (certifications preferred) Clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to pass pre-employment screeningsMission Alignment SECOR Cares is a faith-based nonprofit organization.
