ABOUT THE ROLE Are you a detail-oriented, motivated professional looking to break into recruiting while gaining exposure to staffing operations? Search Services is seeking a Recruiting Operations Assistant to support our team. This is a unique opportunity to learn the full lifecycle of recruiting while also gaining hands-on experience in the operational side of the staffing world. RESPONSIBILITIES Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews Build and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple roles Support day-to-day staffing operation workflows Serve as backup for operational processes when needed Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in internal systems Maintain candidate databases and recruiting trackers Handle correspondence with candidates and hiring managers Work closely with recruiters and leadership to support hiring goals Contribute to process improvements and overall team efficiency QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree required 0–3 years of office, administrative, or HR-related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong communication skills, both written and verbal High attention to detail and strong organizational ability Confident, proactive, and willing to go above and beyond Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Interest in recruiting, staffing, or HR with a desire to grow BENEFITS Hands-on training and mentorship in recruiting and staffing operations Career growth opportunities with a clear path into full-cycle recruiting Collaborative culture that values initiative, accountability, and teamwork Exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle HOW TO APPLY Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply by sending their resume in Word format to dmadrid@searchservices.com
