Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM)Perform ServiceNow on-premises upgrades, ensuring minimal downtime and system stabilityCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions using ServiceNow best practicesTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing ServiceNow workflows and integrationsMaintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and upgrade proceduresEnsure security, compliance, and data integrity within the ServiceNow platformQUALIFICATIONSActive Secret security clearance (required)ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification2+ years of experience developing and supporting ServiceNow, including ITSM modulesExperience performing ServiceNow (or relevant application) on-premises upgrades in a Linux environment.Strong problem-solving and communication skillsNICE TO HAVEAdditional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, ITSM Implementation Specialist)Experience with ServiceNow integrations, scripting (JavaScript), and REST APIsFamiliarity with federal or DoD environmentBENEFITS
