To learn more, visit www.sealedair.com Position Summary This position will provide technical service to Sealed Air customers and promote the use of Sealed Air Cryovac packaging materials and Sealed Air Cryovac equipment systems. Supporting sales and marketing within the accounts by providing timely completion of both external and internal service call reporting along with detailed administrative documentation including, account performance reports, customer relation management and project updates. Job Description Provide equipment troubleshooting, repair and maintenance service to customers using Sealed Air Cryovac materials. Assist or coordinate/supervise customer personnel in installation of equipment along with training customers in equipment operation, maintenance and sanitation. Inform customers of safety regulations, technical information, modifications and improvements. Analyzes packaging quality and production problems to determine if equipment, material or product related. Advise customers in establishing preventative maintenance programs and spare parts requirements. Enhance customer relations with regular calls, value capture, audits of equipment, securing parts and advise on packaging techniques per territory business plan. Assists sales in supporting new products and and opportunities. Supporting sales and marketing with timely completion of all administrative reports. Lifecycle Portfolio Management o Own the end to end product lifecycle, from requirements gathering through launch, sustainment, and end of life. o Prioritize feature enhancements, cost reduction programs, and service improvements based on quantitative value drivers (e.g., margin expansion, uptime, customer satisfaction). o Manage portfolio rationalization to balance innovation investment against legacy product profitability. OEM Partner Engagement o Serve as the primary liaison with internal engineering, external OEM partners, and key suppliers to ensure alignment on product specifications, quality, and delivery. o Negotiate and manage technical contracts, component sourcing agreements, and aftermarket service-level agreements. o Coordinate field trials, pilot installations, and customer acceptance testing for complex equipment solutions. Commercial Execution Sales Enablement o Set pricing strategy across equipment, substrates, and parts service offerings to optimize margin and win rates. o Develop sales tools, technical collateral, ROI calculators, demo kits, training modules, and web content to empower direct and channel sales teams. o Partner with marketing communications to craft value propositions, case studies, white papers, and targeted campaigns. Cross Functional Leadership Governance o Lead cross functional teams (R D, operations, supply chain, service, finance) in Agile or Stage Gate product development processes. o Drive go to market plans, launch readiness checklists, and post launch performance reviews. o Institute clear processes and governance to ensure product management focus remains on value added marketing activities (versus ad hoc operational tasks).
