Sealed Air is seeking a high-impact National Accounts Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Protective Packaging team. This is a strategic, high-visibility "hunter" role focused on identifying, pursuing, and securing net new business across enterprise-level and high-potential accounts. The BDM will play a pivotal role in driving growth by bringing Sealed Air's differentiated solutions to customers in industrial packaging and adjacent sectors. After successful acquisition and onboarding of new accounts, the BDM will manage customer relationships for a transitional period before handing off to a local Account Manager to ensure long-term success and continuity. Key Responsibilities Drive New Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across targeted verticals and enterprise customers. Quality Control Inspector (QCI) will be using precision measuring tools and lab equipment to perform inspections and test according to company quality plans and protocols.
