LOCATION / HOURS
This is a remote position in the US with an 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM PT shift. Some infrequent, on-call weekend work may be required.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a self-motivated customer support professional with strong computer aptitude. You are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and eager to learn new technical skills to make a real difference in a growing company as part of a global team. Your bilingual (or trilingual) skills in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese are an added plus, but not required.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As part of our collaborative Technical Support Team, you will be the first line of communication with our external customers, providing technical assistance on Seagull Software on-premises and SaaS solutions (our main product being BarTender), and our printer drivers. We consider our technical support to be a vital part of the products we sell and want it to be the best.

The assigned salary band for this full-time job is $46,400 - $68,000 per year, with a starting pay rate of $24.50 - $25.50 per hour and eligibility for an annual bonus.
