The Program Manager will serve as the single point of contact (POC) for all activities, leading cross-functional teams in support of the Intelligence Information System (IS) enterprise. Track performance metrics, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with all Coast Guard cybersecurity, data protection, and program management policies.Maintain and report on project documentation, budget forecasting, and resource planning.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required.10+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs, preferably within federal agencies or the DoD/IC.Demonstrated experience leading IT modernization, cloud migration/management, or ISR-related programs.Strong familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and federal A&A processes.Excellent communication, leadership, and client engagement skills.Must be eligible for or hold an active DoD Top Secret / SCI level security clearance. Monitor and report project progress to USCG PMO stakeholders, providing timely and accurate updates on project status, issues, and changes. Develop strategies to ensure successful project execution and address critical issues promptly. Stakeholder Communication and Documentation:Communicate project status, issues, and changes to USCG PMO stakeholders in a clear, concise, and timely manner, including providing recommendations for corrective action.Develop, maintain, and store project documentation, including project plans, status reports, lessons learned, and other relevant records, in accordance with USCG PMO's document management policies. Coordinate project roadmaps and resource schedules with USCG and contractor leads, balancing scope, resources, and schedule constraints.
