    Job DescriptionJob Description

    Overview

We’re a leading e-commerce retailer looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members to join our fulfillment center. As a Fulfillment Center Specialist, you’ll be hands-on in our warehouse including picking, packing, placing, shipping, and receiving customer orders that go out nationwide.     Duties

    Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.Receive and verify goods against purchase orders or invoices.Assist the inventory manager with tracking and forecasting product arrivals.Prepare and maintain records of all merchandise received and shipped.Stock and organize warehouse inventory; keep products easy to find and ready to go.Manage inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to management.Keep customer service updated on expected shipping and delivery timelines.Update warehouse systems with shipping and receiving activity.Ensure every package meets quality and accuracy standards before shipment.Follow company policies and safety procedures.Report issues or suggest improvements to management as we continue to grow.

     

    Experience & Skills

    High School diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.One year of warehouse, factory, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.Ability to read and write English, follow instructions, and perform basic math.Able to interpret packing slips and correctly enter information into computer systems.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to anticipate packaging needs based on order size, weight, and customer requirements.Familiarity with proper packaging and labeling methods; ability to follow visual instructions.Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.Comfortable using multiple computer systems, browsers, and monitors at once (preferred).Forklift experience a plus.Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.Must pass a background check and drug test.

    Job Types: Part-time
    Pay: $17.00 per hour
    Expected Hours: 20 – 25 per week
