The ideal Assistant General Manager is capable of engaging with our guests and guiding through a unique Michelin caliber dining experience.  

    MAIN DUTIES: The role of the Assistant General Manager (AGM) is to provide primary support to the General Manager, and Chef de Cuisine when necessary. The AGM will need to possess, deliver, practice and utilize strong management and leadership skills; quick and fair decision making abilities; and a strong work ethic. The position is responsible for the various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store, including measuring business trends and maximizing sales/profitability, and scheduling staff. The position requires availability to work full-time and occasional extra shifts. Must also be available to be on-site, via email or phone to address pressing restaurant needs, during and outside of your scheduled shifts. 
     
    Job Duties  
    ●      Uphold Scratch Restaurant Group standards and ensures that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest-friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every guest and by maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest services. 
    ●      Responsible for assistance, coordination, management and execution of private dining / off-site events. 
    ●      Support the General Manager with employee hiring, terminations, disciplinary actions, performance reviews, performance improvement plans, and staff training. 
    ●      Assisting with any guest issues or complaints as they arise in a professional, prompt, effective and courteous manner. 
    ●      Responsible in assisting with preparation for payroll processing and missed punches. 
    ●      Prepare staff schedules on a weekly basis. 
    ●      Encourage healthy communication between all team members. 
    ●      Answer general inquiry emails and questions in a timely manner. 
    ●      General maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant and compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.

This role requires the Executive Personal Assistant each day to be the "eyes, ears, and brain."     Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

    Personal Assistant Responsibilities (Approx. 60%)

    ·         Manage personal scheduling and day-to-day logistics.

    ·         Must be comfortable around children and able to assist with family-related logistics as needed.

    Executive Assistant Responsibilities (Approx. 40%)
