Summary
Under the direction of the account or area manager, the team leadis responsible for the daily cleaning of one building while leading a team of cleaners.
Core Responsibilities
Monitor facility security/safety by ensuring doors are locked after operating hoursMeasure, label, and use chemicals following proper procedures and adhering to safety protocolVacuum, sweep, mop floorsEmpty TrashHigh and low dustingClean and service restrooms, breakrooms, and conference and kitchen areasReport maintenance issues of the facility and/or equipment to the Account ManagerTrainassigned personnel on cleaning methods, procedures, and equipmentProvide work direction to personnel under the guidance of, and directed by, the managerPerformroutine inspections of work performed by cleaning personnelServe as backup for absent personnelSkills Required

As you might expect maintenance, repairs, and services will be at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you'll
Provide prompt and courteous service to all internal and external customer. Ensure all facility systems and other equipment are performing at optimal levels by performing routine preventive maintenance. Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include: repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures. Knowledge of minor electrical and plumbing repairs. Examples may include: fixing leaky faucets, replacing light switches or outlets, unclogging drains/toilets. Occasionally build furniture. Examples: carts, bookshelves, desk. Move and arrange desks, furniture and partitions when needed. Perform other related duties and activities as required.Required Skills/Abilities
Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance team members. Knowledge of general carpentry and repair. Ability to use hand tools and power tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills.Job Requirements

Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces. Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, bend and kneel.
