Our warehouse operations in Lakewood, WA, and we are currently looking for experienced Warehouse Associate, 2st Shift as our operations continue to grow. The most suitable individual will be able to complete the following: Responsibilities:Keep safety a priorityUnload containers, receive, sort, and put away inventoryPulls, packs and ship products based on daily ordersHas the ability to use scanners to read bar codes on products and/or pull customer orders with paper pick ticketsWork in high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining order accuracyMonitors product quality and reports any problems to eliminate safety issuesUtilizes continuous improvement mindset and troubleshoot problemsUse safe practices and methods to handle products heavier than 50 pounds Maintain cleanliness in the assigned areaAnd any other duties needed to help fulfill our mission. Qualifications:Ability to work first shift, Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm1 + year of work experience in a related fieldAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentLift up to 49 pounds and push utility carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear up to 60 poundsWork at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standardsMust be able to report to work as assignedWork on a team that supports each other to reach our customer/company goalscan stand for long periods of time, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, climb stairs, and reach frequently during shiftsMust be 18 years of age or olderUS work authorization requiredHigh school diploma/GED requiredConsent to a background check

Our warehouse operations are in Lakewood, WA and we are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator. The most suitable candidates will be able to complete the following:

    Responsibilities:Safely operate forklift and/or other machinery (dollies, carts hand trucks, etc.) to complete tasks such as loading/unloading pallets/product, moving product within the warehouse, and stacking pallets or materials in the correct mannerRead work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed from receiving area to storage/other determined areasEnsure complete product accuracy on every order, while maintaining operational standardsFollow inventory control instructions when sorting/placing items on racks, shelves, or in reserve locationsWork with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets (for example, pulling and placing pallets on/off vertical product racking systems and trucks and maximizing storage by stacking products vertically)Experience with standards of operation (OSHA requirements on minimum/maximum speeds, signaling, putting product in appropriate areas)Use technology such as RF devices, computers and smartphonesUse safe practices and methods to handle products heavier than 50 pounds and can stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, climb stairs, and reach frequently during shiftsMaintain cleanliness in the assigned areaKeep safety a priorityOther duties needed to fulfill our mission Qualifications:2 + year of work experience in a related fieldAbility to work first shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pmAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentForklift operating certification and training are a plusWork on a team that supports each other to reach our customer/company goalsMust be 18 years of age or olderUS work authorization requiredHigh school diploma/GED requiredConsent to a background check

    As a Toy Designer, you’ll play a key role in concepting, designing, and developing innovative toys and brands that bring joy to kids and collectors alike.     Responsibilities:Concept & Ideation:Drive revenue-generating product innovation by identifying market gaps and developing commercially viable product that excites consumers.Develop original toy concepts that align with our brand vision and market trends.Research industry trends, pop culture, and consumer insights to fuel new ideas.Brainstorm and collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate fresh, innovative product ideas.
    Design & Product Development:Create concept sketches, renderings, 3D models, and prototypes to bring toy ideas to life.Work on all phases of toy design, from initial ideation to final production.Develop drawings, color studies, and specifications to provide clear direction for manufacturing.Collaborate with product development teams to refine designs for production feasibility.
    Manufacturing & Engineering Support:Assist in communicating design specifications and files to overseas manufacturing partners.Support engineering teams in solving design and production challenges.Ensure that all final products maintain creative integrity, play value, and quality standards.

    Qualifications & Experience:5+ years of experience in toy design, industrial design, or a related creative field.BA or BS in Toy Design, Industrial Design, or a related discipline.Strong sketching, rendering, and visual communication skills using Sketchbook Pro, Photoshop, or similar.Experience with 3D modeling software (Rhino, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar).Strong knowledge of toy industry trends, leading brands, and emerging play patterns.Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with multiple projects at once.Passion for toys, play, and storytelling!Experience working with factories, production teams, and manufacturing partners.Hands-on prototyping skills (3D printing, model-making, or similar).Familiarity with toy safety regulations and materials.Experience developing products in plush, action figures, collectibles, or novelty toys.
    The base salary range for this position is $63,000 to $92,000. Offered base compensation within this range will be determined based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, geographic location and other factors relevant to the scope and responsibilities of this role.
