Our General Manager is responsible for providing overall leadership of our people and operations for the Franklin, NC division (80 Mashburn White Road, Franklin, NC 28734 ). This role will hire, train and motivate employees to consistently exceed business plan goals. You will align Sales, Construction and Administrative teams to ensure operational excellence and exceptional customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will oversee customer contracts, vendor management, budgets and forecasting.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction (experience with custom home or scattered lot build preferred). Strong strategic, analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented leadership skills. Ability to oversee Sales and Construction and collaborate with internal departments to manage contract-to-build timeline. Proficiency with construction technology and tools to streamline operations.Benefits

Our Customer Coordinator:
· Works with our homeowners after the sales process by stepping them through their preconstruction meetings.
· Works with lenders to get homeowners construction loans approved.
· Works with warranty after the home is built.
· Becomes the advocate for our customers throughout the build process!
