What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you will support the manufacturing process by operating production equipment, inspecting parts, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Responsibilities may include:
Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficientlyPerform basic machine setups, adjustments, and changeoversRead and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production documentsMeasure and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are metMonitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvementMaintain equipment and perform routine cleaning and basic maintenanceSafely handle raw materials and finished productsMeet daily production and quality goalsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirementsWork collaboratively with team members to support production needsWork overtime as neededWhat We're Looking For
High School Diploma or GED preferredPrevious manufacturing, production, machine operation, warehouse, or mechanical experience is helpful but not requiredAbility to learn equipment operation and production processesBasic math and measurement skillsAbility to read blueprints or technical documents is a plusStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable attendance and punctualityPositive attitude and willingness to work as part of a teamAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPhysical Requirements
