Pay starting at $40.00/hour+ based on experience.

SUMMARY: The PM Supervisor will oversee a team of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s) and Personal Care Workers (PCW’s) and will collaborate with Registered Nurses (RN’s) and Licensed Practical Nurses under the direction of the SSSF Director of Nursing, to ensure staff adhere to School Sisters of St. Francis (SSSF) policy and procedures and supports a culture of safety and high-quality resident care. The PM Supervisor regularly collaborates with the Director of Nursing on all expectations of this role as needed.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program required.
A minimum of two years of proven experience in a nursing leadership role is a plus.
Three years of experience in a long term health care facility preferred.
CPR Certification required.
Excellent ability to lead and develop personnel.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Current and valid unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees and Monitors the care provided by direct care providers, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Nursing Assistants.
