Elementary School Bi-lingual English Language Learner Paraprofessional
_Full-Time Position_
Start Date: August 12, 2026
Salary: $18.00 per hour
Contract: 181 days during school year (7.5 hours per day)
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Bilingual EL Paraprofessionals for our elementary school. This is a full-time position with benefits and a strong commitment to supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Paraprofessinal Key Responsibilities:
Supervise students across various school settings, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Assist teachers in implementing academic and behavior plans tailored to individual student needs.
Establish positive and productive relationships with students, staff, and families.
Provide support for students in academic tasks and social-emotional development.
Paraprofessional Qualifications:
Proficiency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with diverse student populations is preferred but not required.
