    Position Overview

    Taylor is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our warehouse team in Fridley, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and processing outgoing shipments, ensuring orders are packed accurately, labeled correctly, and shipped on time. You'll play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting customer satisfaction, and keeping daily shipping operations running efficiently.

    The ideal candidate has experience shipping packages in a warehouse or distribution environment, enjoys working in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in accuracy and organization.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a high-performing print-and-mail production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This confidential leadership role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing production schedules while ensuring quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee development.

    The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in the print industry, proven leadership skills, and hands-on knowledge of digital print production equipment, including Xerox and Canon technologies.

    This role oversees a team of 6–8 employees and is responsible for staffing, scheduling, coaching, performance management, and fostering a positive, results-driven culture.


    Please note: Print industry experience is required for consideration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership & Team Development

    Lead, coach, and develop a team of production employeesManage staffing schedules, PTO requests, attendance, and performanceConduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedbackDrive employee engagement, accountability, and continuous improvementAddress employee relations issues professionally and in accordance with company policies


    Production Operations

    Work Environment

    Job Summary:
    The Quality Assurance Technician ensures that products and processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the production lifecycle. This role performs inspections, reviews documentation, and collaborates with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues. The technician supports continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring quality metrics and recommending corrective actions to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:
