Job Title: Controller
POSITION SUMMARY: The Controller manages the day-to-day financial operations of Portland Jewish Academy and The Mittleman Jewish Community Center, two distinct 501(c)(3) organizations. This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the general ledgers, overseeing billing systems (Renweb/Daxko), and supervising the consolidated Payroll/AP function. JOB SUMMARY: The Lower School Instructional Assistant provides support to the classroom teacher in the planning and implementation of an educational program. This position performs classroom assistance and clerical duties in support of the prescribed lesson plan. The Instructional Assistant may assist the teacher in small or large group settings, and may supervise students in a variety of other school-related settings.

The Lifeguard is responsible for rescuing or assisting any swimmer who is in need of help and administering first aid as necessary.
