The Manager of Compliance and Registry support the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of all student academic records and registry operations. The role ensures adherence to institutional policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements, with specific responsibility for course mapping, transcript evaluation, and audit-ready academic records. Tasks and Responsabilities * Manage day-to-day registry and student records operations ensuring accuracy and compliance. * Maintain integrity, confidentiality, and security of official academic records. * Lead transcript evaluation and transfer credit assessment, including international credentials. * Maintain and apply approved course mapping and equivalency frameworks. * Ensure registry practices meet accreditation, state, federal, and institutional requirements. * Support accreditation reviews, audits, and regulatory reporting. * Conduct regular audits of academic records for compliance and completeness. * Oversee SIS and LMS data accuracy and registry-related system processes. * Collaborate with academic leadership, faculty, and advising teams. * Participate in committees and continuous improvement initiatives. * Works with Dean of Institutional Effectiveness on other reporting requirements such as but not limited to IPEDS, VA, US and European Education Entities. Your Profile * Bachelor's degree required (master's preferred). * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in higher education registry or academic records. * Working knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory compliance. * Experience with Student Information Systems and Learning Management Systems. * Strong organizational, analytical, and ethical judgment skills. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, work independently and cross-functionally. * High degree of professionalism. * Demonstrates time management, priority setting skills, and a high commitment to quality. * Possesses flexibility to work in a diverse, dynamic environment. * Highly thorough and dependable. * Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure. * Full professional proficiency in English required. * Any other language is a plus Preferred * Experience in international or multi-campus academic environments. * Experience supporting accreditation reviews or institutional audits.
